Our commitment

NeuralYug is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible. We build accessibility in from the start rather than treating it as an afterthought, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better.

Conformance status

We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We believe the site substantially conforms with WCAG 2.2 AA. “Substantially conforms” means we meet the standard across the site, with the limited exceptions noted below, which we are actively working to resolve.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML, landmark regions, and a logical heading structure on every page.
  • Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Colour contrast that meets AA across the site's dark interface, verified against WCAG ratios.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion — animation is reduced or disabled when your system asks to limit motion.
  • Visible, programmatically-associated labels on form fields, with clear error messages.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for icon-only controls.
  • Automated accessibility tests (axe) run against key pages, alongside manual keyboard and screen-reader review.

Known limitations

We are transparent about the areas we are still improving:

  • Some embedded or third-party content (for example, external links and social profiles) is outside our direct control and may not fully meet AA.
  • Some data-rich interactive artifacts in our articles offer a simplified experience under reduced-motion and on smaller screens; the underlying information is always available as text.

How we assess accessibility

We assess this site through a combination of automated testing (axe), manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and accessibility-informed development and code review.
